What is your question?
There is no reason to exclude the firewall if it worked before!
What does your software vendor say? Can you ping the server the file is stored on? Have you restarted the server? Is there a service associated with your Tally server?
Tally ERP is a joke, as they seem to sell it, but they do not educate nor support their customers, as we see this all of the time!!!!!
