Hello,
my computer wont recognise my Phillips go gear, I have tried following all the steps from when it hasn't worked with other computers, my usb cable is brand new and works perfectly fine, any other ways I can connect my mp3????????

After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the device and restart your system.
