When you created the account, did you register alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?

Yes but the phone I listed does not take messages. The home phone number is 719. I do have the message machine working now maybe.

You must have had registered a mobile phone that can receive sms messages.
I suggest that you never write your phone number on a public forum, you might get flooded with harassment calls. I erased part of it.
