You have posted in the Downloading sub forum. Are we suppose to guess the account you are referring to ? I am very bad at guessing, so I don't try. Perhaps that my colleague ac3mark can do better.

I may be weird, but I always do look at the index, especially when the user does not mention the email service. I also redirect the thread to the correct forum when necessary. Believe it or not I also edit titles as I did in this case. Suppose, it's Yahoo, Yahoo no longer uses secret questions, they may ask for one but they no longer work. May be I should mind my own business.
