I've recently upgraded to the Ryzen 5 1400, I had to get a new motherboard and ddr4 ram in order to use CPU. The build went fine and i was sure everything was working when i realized that there was no audio coming through my headphones. I tried everything that i can find online and nothing worked.
I't doesn't look like my computer is recognizing that the headphones are plugged in. When i go into the sound manager all i see is 5 instances of digital display audio that are all disables and im unable to enable them. There is one option that is enabled and it's titled 5 - C23F390. Im pretty sure that the motherboard is using the AMD High Definition Audio Device.

Phones plugged into the front of the computer or the back of the motherboard?
If the front - then it's possible that you have not correctly connected the case wiring to the motherboard. Or you have broken the wires when you reused the case.
Good Luck
