Unblocked my Facebook account

We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. I got this problem when I log out FB with smartphone, after that I log in got this message! I don't know why I cannot log in and review over and over and I still received my old account notice! I want my old account back, because I used this account long enough also have a page for sell handmade!
