Can i run Oblivion or Fallout 3

Hello,
I was wandering if this setup could run Oblivion or Fallout 3
OS-Windows XP Home Edition(SP3)
RAM-2 Gb of DDR2 800 MHz
Graphics card-geForce 8400GS GDDR2 512MB memory
Processor-Intel Pentium 4 3.20GHz

I'm also running a 550watt powersupply

it should run on that reasonably ok long as you dont ramp up rez above 1024x768
