Pc connected to internet but doesn't browse

my hp15 (windows 10 x64) doesn't browse!
i've tried using all suggestions on this forum including cmd prompt (netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt) but it still doesn't work - it shows:
resetting interface, ok!
resetting unicast address, ok!
resetting neighbour, ok!
resetting path, ok!
resetting , failed.
access is denied.

pls what do i do! i need urgent help!
