Laptop off and on desktop screen before starting

Hello,
My laptop is not working because Windows are updating but i am pressed power button after my laptop is sound their these problem four times are repeate but present my laptop is not working and Dell symbol are displayed but off and on desktop screen before starting how to solve my problem

It appears the BIOS is detecting a hardware problem. It will take a PC Tech with the proper equipment to diagnose the problem.
