Hello, My phone number changed, but I didn't change with Gmail. Now I have changed phones and can't log in to Gmail.

First, tell us, when you created the account, did you register alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?

I had a alternate email, with yahoo. I did receive a email, but still need to change phone number and get logged in. I no longer have a land line and the cell number changed.

The account has been set up for many, many years when we first started email. I don't remember the last time I needed to log in. I also did NOT change my phone, because it was not in my control when I lost it. Long story.
