Gmail account hacked

my gmail was hacked 3 or 4 months ago....the person even change my password and recovery email and number...how do i get it back...pls help me out..

Hello,

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

When you created the account, did you register a secret question which you remember, or an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code?
