The problem with Acrobat reader

Earlier was the sixth version and one day( I do not know from what) has ceased to print files. Then I removed it, and tried alternately to install 7 and 8 versions. It got worse.The 7th version is currently installed, while trying to open the PDF file POPs up the ad "internal error occured".The file does not open at all, and the window freezes. Scanned the computer for viruses, found one and was removed but the situation is not changed.
What to do, comrades?!!! I OK without this programs as without hands!

perhaps the Acrobat removal tool will remove ALL the files and you can re-install the latest version. you can find the tool here:
