I'm having a problem with my SanDisk Micro SD card.

I have ~14,5 gb songs on it, and when I open it on PC all of it appears. But when I access the SD card fro the phone, a lot of the songs simply doesn't show. All the files are in alphabetical order, and all the songs that begin with the letter "E", for example, are missing in the phone, but not in the PC.

My phone is an Moto G5, and the Micro SD is 32gb. I have already checked and the Moto G5 compatibility can have up to 128gb of external memory, so that is not the problem.

Thanks in advance!

Are they all licensed? Or are the E songs "ripped"? Is it just the E or are very song after the E?

They are ripped, but that's not the problem. If they are in the internal storage, they are read and played as any other song. It's not only "E". There are some "holes" in the playlist, the "E" was just one example.

OK, what bit rate are the songs ripped in (192kbps, 16 bit, 44.1kHz)? are they all the same? The GAP songs may be ripped at a codec level that the phone can't even try to play, so it doesn't load them!

There's no pattern, but I don't think it is the problem also. Some of the missing songs are in 192kbpd, some are in 128kbps, and also the ones that appear in the phone are also 192kbps or 128kbps
