I cannot log in my facebook account.

My facebook account name is Love Feint and I cannot log in back because of my account name.My account name is like my nickname so I give my account name with that name. When facebook team ask me to change my real name I didn't change and I just explain that was my nickname. And I also send my ID to identify. But I still can't log in. It's about 3or 4 months. Facebook team just ask "We will identify and inform you back." But nothing happen. I want my account back if possible. Bcz I post my memories in that account. So, how can I get back my account. And how can I identify my ID again?
