Hello,

Good morning
Please assist me to enable my fb account,I accidentally dis able it by signing In with fb on my Nu-metro app and put the incorrect details because I didn't want my info on Nu metro not knowing it was going to affect my Natasha da costa fb account...Plz plz assist

Yee it's a cinema....called Nu-metro and I have the app on my phone

There is no relation between Nu-Metro and Facebook. What is the message you get when you try to sign in Facebook.

Unfortunately your Facebook has stopped working.

The reason why I logged in with my facebook account on the Nu-metro app with a different name as Tammy Xeye,but I removed that Tammy account and tried to log in my Natasha da costa fb account.

Is your Facebook profile page presently online so the everyone can see it. Please verify and tell me. There is no need for you to try to login.

Yes it is everyone can see it but when I try and log into it it says Tammy Xeye and that's not me that's you I requested for that account by the name of Tammy Xeye be permanently removed,then maybe I will be able to get into my account t

Good news! If your profile can be seen online, your account has not been disabled.

Did you create a second Facebook account under the other name Tammy Xeye ?

Facebook allows only one account per person. You must delete your fake account.

I don't think so as it takes 15 days to delete an account.

I contacted Facebook directly and they manage to sort it out.thanks again
