Can't seem to get this right

Hello,
i'm trying to download my ipod muscic and info onto my new laptop from my old one. And every time i plug it in it asks me if i want to look at my info or speed up the softwere. I'm just so confussed right now!!!! Can you please help me?

Not sure I understand correctly.

Have you tried a backup solution such as CopyTrans ( https://www.copytrans.net/ ) to recover all your music and videos?

It worked just fine for me!
