My monitor no signal. Pc turns off after 30 s

Hello, my pc runs for about a minute without showing any signal in my monitor and then it turns off. After that, it reboots itself every 2 seconds. I ve tried cleaning my Ram, replacing it, reseting my bios with the jumper and getting out the battery. I dont know what el se to do i have tried and I can't find a solution. Help pls
