Audio Jack at the front of the desktop kinda works

So, my jack for headphones is kind of broken? It works with my headphones but i need to twist the jack a bit to make it sound better but when i plug my earphones in it doesn't work properly, i hear the sounds as if its echos.

Both work properly without twisting on my phone, so the headset/earphones are not the problem.
