Boot Failure

MSI B350 Motherboard
Ryzen 5 CPU
GTX 1060x GPU
2x Geil Potenza 16 gb RAM

I'm a novice to this, so bear with me. My rig has been running pretty well for the past two months, but I tried to turn it on today after using it this morning, and got no signal to mouse, keyboard, or HDMI monitor. However, the mouse is getting power, because the laser works, just none of the LEDs on the mouse.
I opened up the machine, and the fans on the CPU cooler, LEDs, and GPU fan are all working. The CPU is generating a little bit of heat, so it's getting power. The VGA EZ Debug LED comes on after about two seconds.

I tried removing and replacing my GPU, and I've reset the RAM twice. What else do I need to do?
