Disabled New Facebook account

Hello,

I made a new Facebook on Sunday 3rd all went fine was logged in Then it asked for a profile picture so I uploaded one then logs me out and says my account has been disabled. I submit an appeal as far as no can remember. Then come Monday I've been trying to log in since and i get told my account is disabled when I try to send an appeal it says this account is not disabled. So I can't log in cas its disabled and i can't appeal because my account isn't disabled. I'm conffussed whats going on. My old facebook is deactivated and hasn't been used for 4 years.
