HP notebook 6530b flickering

my note book started flickering on its on but i dont know how to fix it, i tried to change windows many times but it seems its the screen and i tried to open it but still no change

I suspect a hardware problem with the screen or the video chip. Most home users do not have the skills needs to replace a laptop screen. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at it.
