Bluetooth short range

Hi everyone.
First of all sorry for my english. I´m having trouble with the bluetooth of my laptop, it was working fine until last week when it lost range, now I can only send, receive or connect devices when I put this close to the laptop (less than a meter). Can someone help me?. I´m not sure if it is a power transmition trouble or a configuration problem. After this problem I tried reinstalling the driver, recover the system to a older restore point, reinstaling the OS (windows 10), even update the OS to the last version but the problem persist. I apreciate any suggestion.
