Acer Laptop powering up but not loading

Help!! I have an almost brand new laptop I bought 6 months ago. Last night it asked me to update so I hit update and shut down when I was done using it. Tonight it will turn on and power up but just have acer and the swirly loading on the screen - repeatedly- instead of taking me to my home screen!! It has never been damaged and I have been super careful and nice to it!

You shut down you computer before the update was completed. You must be patient and let it run, it may take a whole day.
