Is it possible to read PDF books and listen live to BBC Hindi in Micromax Bharat 1 V409?

I am planning to buy a feature phone with Whatsapp support.

I have heard a lot about Micromax Bharat 1 V409.

Is it possible to download PDF reader in it in order to read E-books?

Is it possible to download BBC Hindi app in it and listen live to daily news?

Is it possible to listen live to Vividh Bharati on it?

Kindly let me know before I buy it.

If there are better alternatives, let me know..
