SNMP Community String ON windows

Hey everyone,
i just started learning about snmp and i get the stuff but there is one thing I can' t understand at all while configuring it on windows, how to add a computer on a communty name??in ex when you add a community on the snmp-service-property security tab, then how to add members (snmp client computers) on it???
if anyone can answer it would be helpful ...
