Can't open my yahoo account

can't open my yahoo account. . i know my email and password but i cant open it. When im about to enter my email add it always appear " tap the account key icon to sign in" . . Im using yahoo app but still it won't work. My cp number there is no longer available,i have no access for that number. And also the recovery number or email,i can't even remember... What shoud I do? I badly needed.

Unfortunately, if, when you created your account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive an account key, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
