Animated GIF is not working

I have several layers that fade out at and then more layers that fade IN at four seconds. It plays perfectly in Photoshop, but a rendered GIF doesn't play entirely to the end - it stops prematurely. how can i fix that

Being an ex Photoshop user, I would guess that the animated gif volume is too large, try to reduce it.
