When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
When you can’t access your account it does not necessarily mean that it was hacked.

Hi sir..on 25 july nigth around 11.45 p.m auto format..then im back my account..but cant..phone request for sign in to account..went im key in the password cant..they say my password is change..then im go support.google.com for recovery my password..then only im know that my recovery phone number and email was changed..please help me sir to get my account back..tq

I have written a CCM.net article on how to recover a Hacked Gmail account. Follow the instructions to the letter and you should recover your Gmail account.
