Maybe bcos i had another account..but i've already deactivated it. Until now i can't able to access my old account. Please help me back, it's so very important to me.

You must cultivate your patience and wait, wait and wait. Among the two billions accounts, there are tens of thousands of people living the same situation as you. When you submitted your document you were the last among the tens of thousands. Facebook has to examine every one of them. You must wait your turn and it may take several weeks.
