My account disabled, When i submitted an appeal to Facebook, i received a reply from facebook that the account has been disabled as Facebook received a complaint from third party regarding copyright infringement, Whereas i using Facebook since very long and always positive about life .
Facebook mail me " your account has been disabled and you are no longer permitted to use Facebook"

Now please help me to solve this problem

Now can't create New account in the on my name and photo?

Of course not, Facebook allows only one account per person, that one account is disabled. In other words you are banned from Facebook, Facebook no longer wants you.
