Unfortunately, if, when you created your Gmail account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you can’t prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
I do have an alternate e mail but the other g mail has my old number which is 479 981 3924

Did you register the alternate email with your account? Is the old phone number functional?
