Hello,
So i just built a new pc from scratch, although i left my old hard drive in there. My pc seems to be booting up fans lights etc are getting power but monitor no signal.I tested the monitor with my laptop to check if it works and it does work. Then i opened the case replaced ram to different slots, cleared BIOS and checked for any loose cables. But my monitor still had no signal. What can i do?Any
suggestions would help thanks!

My specs are:

Ryzen 3 2200g

Asrock AB350M PRO4

Maxwell 500w psu

Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4

Western Digital 500gb

Amd R9 270x (MSI)

Ps: since my hard drive is old it has windows 7 dont know if it means anything.

If you switched from a Intel CPU to a AMD CPU. It will probably not boot to Windows from the old hard drive. You will need to re-install Windows.

Good Luck
