First, tell us, when you created your account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a password reset code?
When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

Unfortunately, if, when you created your Gmail account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you can’t prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

Oh! As I remember you said that your phone was stolen, now you say that you changed countries.
I don't know what to believe.

If you are not sure if you registered your other account how can we be sure?
You must have access to the recovery number which you registered when you created the account to get the account key that would be sent to you. Since that number is old you cannot receive it.
You have published you email address above on this forum which can now be seen by millions of people. You have left yourself open to spam and hacking. Do you wish for me to delete it?
