NO BLUETOOTH DEVICE

Hello,

i have a problem in my acer laptop, with a model of aspire 4720. the problem is, when i press the bluetooth button located at the keyboard, near the screen, there is a text appear saying "NO BLUETOOTH DEVICE". can you please help me on my problem...

Most Acer laptops have this problem,

The bluetooth adapter isn't present inside, this is why.
Please contact your shop or acer warranty!

From my experience, you have to install first the drivers for the bluetooth device. I think the manufacturer incompletely installed the drivers for your bluetooth. Try that first. :)

acer laptop sucks.........they are worst......even i have a problem like this......if they dont have the bluetooth driver inside then why the hell they are showing the bluetooth buttons....acer go to hell...
