How can I tell if my phone is hacked? If someone is getting my messages also via fwd to their phone/device? Can someone clone your phone and information to retrieve your texts and calls to spy on you? Remote accessing your cell?

Check your installed apps, there must be an app which is being used to steel your data
Also check your data usage and confirm which app is using too much network data...
And then Delete that app
