Received Email That Your Facebook Email has hacked

Hello folks,

Today i receive an email in my mail box that:

"we have hacked your facebook account, and we have your facebook real passowrd, you will not receive any notification from facebook because we have hack your real password and we are using that"

They have also mentioned some my facebook friends and said that we have your whole conversation with these guys.

What should i do ? They are asking for money? Should i take it serious.

They a URL in the end of the email. I have attached it below.
