Hi my name is Lesil Lucas I'm really depressed because my phone is not working .. An I can't afford a new phone . Can you help me please .
My problem is I accidentally factory reset my phone, an I know my EMail but I can't remember my Password something like that happens Google had an easy way to reset ones password it was so easy now its so difficult. I'm unable to reset my password. .

Before we can help you, tell us, when you created your Gmail account, did you register an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a password reset code?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your Gmail account?
