Business gmail account stolen

Hello,

I had a small business and worked with a 'partner' when the business had to close he got nasty and because he had set up the email and google account he woud not give me the passwords. I need to recover them so I can close down correctly. He put his name, phone number and email as the contacts. I am unable to find him to ask for the 100th time so I was hoping for some help.
