Can't log into my yahoo account

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my email and Recovery email. My recovery for Yahoo is my Hotmail and my recovery for Hotmail is Yahoo, I have a new phone & I cannot get into either one of my accounts I need help.

Unfortunately, if, when you created your Yahoo account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive an account key, you can’t prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
