Customising slides identity (Software)

Hello,

The company I work for is going through a merger and all of our presentation are going to be merged.

I am aware of the edit master slide function, however it can make fonts and texts all weird.

Is there a software that I can insert all the slides and edit: colours, fonts, headings, etc, without effecting the layouts of said slides.
