Is there any error appearing on the screen? If yes, can you please share the screenshot? Also, can you please share the detail about your phone's OS?

So, what does whatsapp have to do with this? Are you trying to install the youtube app? Perhaps the phone DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS. Does that sound right ASHOK?
