GFX Card broken? Motherboard fried?

Hello,
So my brother took out my GFX Card and bents some pins in the GFX Card slot(GFX Card is fine) so I told him he was stupid for ripping it out like that, so I moved it to another GFX Card slot and now it’ll run Bios, but it’ll immediately try and auto repair but fails every time, then when I go through bios and try to run Windows 10, the PC will stay running but the monitors will shut off and say no display found, don’t know if windows actually boots up or if it’s just running nothing, tried resetting the PC, hard resetting the PC, Taking the battery out of the moutherboard to reset the motherboard, and still nothing same problems. Please can anyone help me with this and or just tell me if my PC is fried?..
