Black screen appears after smoke/fog effects display while playing games

It started a week ago, wasnt installing anything new, was playing old titles.

Everytime I get some kinda smoke/fog effect in the game, my display turns black, loud sound from speakers, all fans and LEDs on, but PC not responding even for pressing reset key on the box.
It also happens when I run GPU or Power supply test on OCCT.
Fun fact, its fine if I set shader complexity to 1

My spec:
Intel Core i5-4690K, 3.5GHz 6MB
CPU FAN: be quiet! Dark Rock 3 (BK018)
MSI Z97-G43, Intel Z97 4xDDR3, VGA, GbLAN, ATX (Z97-G43)
AMD Radeon R9 290X MSI 4GB GDDR5
POWER: Cooler Master G650M 650W (RS-650-AMAA-B1)
RAM G.Skill TridentX DDR3 2x4GB 2400MHz CL10 (F3-2400C10D-8GTX)

I want to suggest some steps please try it

>> Disable antivirus then run the game.
>> Go to option and set all effect in low quality.
>> Change screen resolution at minimum not full.
>> Update your Nvidia game driver.
