Notebook is booting normally when "preheated"

Hello,
I have problem with my Toshiba nb100-125 (PLL10E). When I turn it on I have black screen(no toshiba logo appearing, screen is not lighting, fan is working at max speed). But if I leave it for 5-10 minutes and restart it, It's working like there are no hardware issues.

I have swapped the RAM, reseted the CMOS and checked the notebook with memtest86... In memtest86 there are no errors and the problem is still there.

Is there fix for this?

It may need replacement of the motherboard.
