Does audio drop out of any sequence (scenes?), or only the "battle" ones? Make certain it isn't configured that way. Do you have a Headset attached or anything? What is the make and model of the PC? Does the PC have the correct specifications to run the game to its full potential? Perhaps, you have ran out of RAM loading the ACTUAL game, and there is nothing left for sounds! Give us some details about the RIG running the game, so we can determine if it even qualifies to run the game properly!
