CD-Drive is not visible in my computer

Hello,
I am not getting CD-Drive in my computers and i am not able to read any CD or DVD.

everything okay but not showing cd drives

Hye,

Please verify if the bios finds your Drive!! if not just verify if the power and data cable is connected properly!!
