Computer stuck on HP blue screen

Hello,

I have a problem with my computer. It keeps showing the HP blue screen and boot menu, but my keyboard won't respond and the fans slow down. This started when I changed my computer casing. But before that everything was working perfectly fine. I tried changing the ram thinking maybe it was the problem, but it’s still showing the same thing. I then removed the hard drive and put it on my friends computer and it worked well. I have checked all connections on the motherboard and everything is intact.
