Why this button is blue and not white at instagram?

Hi there,

Does anyone know what is the meaning of the blue colour in a friend of mine on Instagram? it is the first time i see that and i am wondering what is going on with this. In the other profiles this button is white and not blue.

Hi,

Are you following that account? Do the other accounts you follow have this button in blue? You can try to unfollow and follow them back to see if it reverts to white.

I can't remove a payment method from my Instagram app that I added to boost a post. When I go to promotion payment methods, it just tries to connect to a facebook account, but I was not connected to FB account. If I go to boost a new post, my card is still saved.

It is a shared account, and I really need to remove it .

Instagram Live streaming limit only 1 hour, not 4 hours,why?

Hello,

I have read that the limit for instagram live streaming was upgraded from 1 hour to 4 hours. My live streaming is stuck at the 1 hour limit though. Is there a reason for this?

Hello,

Help required! My wife's instagram got hacked and going through support is a damn nightmare. Obviously we can't send a Security Code via Email or SMS because the hackers changed all that details. Clicking the links in the emails to revert back has expired or there is an error. So I saw the "Verify your Identity" section to go through the Selfie Verification but HOW?!?!?!?! I saw somebody say click on the Security Code and then there should be a button that says "Try Another Way" BUT dammit that option is not there it just send the code to the hackers email. And when you click "Need More Help?" It takes you to the useless Help Center but no option to upload or go throug...
