Can’t recover my Facebook account

I tried a lot of time after logging changing password everything
I know my password but when the page say identify next step i always press continue but it doesn’t go on next page for indentification. Every time i Press continue the page is same
It’s been a month now
What to do please please help

Hello,

you can reset your password easily .
Go to Facebook login.
Fill out the form of identify your account.
Select i forget my Facebook password on the next page if prompted.
go to registered email address and click on fb email. If you don't have access of these, Click No longer have access these.
If you see these option, or contact your email service provider.

No it’s not about password It’s about identify your account in few step and when I click continue the next page doesn’t come it stays on the same page

Reset call barring

Hello,
I forgot my call barring code for my Vodafone. when i try to "cancel all call barring" it requests the call barring password. The problem persisted even after restoring factory settings. What can i do to reset this call barring code please?
