Kechaoda Oneantwo D2 dual sim mobile not working

Hello,

Kechaoda Oneantwo D2 dual sim mobile is showing all incoming calls busy. Call barring incoming show failed to cancel, but the sim works other mobile phones. The call barring status shows not active.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 57.0.2987.108
